Blueprint is an events based marketing firm located in the heart of Dallas, TX. We are currently seeking Events & Marketing specialists to join our team on a part time, full time or internship basis.
Event & Marketing Specialists Program Summary:
Our specialists will work hands-on with our sales and marketing teams in order to develop unique strategies to increase lead generation. You’ll have the opportunity to work directly with clients in order to effectively increase brand awareness and customer acquisition. Our training is designed to teach and effectively train our assistants to oversee more campaign management so we can fulfill our clients demand for growth
You will be able to work closely with others and have the ability to manage multiple individuals along with events.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute event marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Coordinate logistics for events, including venue selection, setup, and breakdown.
- Provide exceptional customer service during events, ensuring a positive experience for attendees.
- Conduct product demonstrations and gather feedback for future improvements.
- Enhance customer acquisition KPI's and aid in growth of market share and revenue
- Manage social media promotion and engagement before, during, and after events.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts and maximize impact.
Events & Marketing Specialist Qualifications:
- Ability to work within a team environment and communicate effectively with other people
- Develop effective marketing strategies that line up with the overall goal of the client
- Lead and manage events on our marketing campaign
- Excellent organizational skills and highly effective communicator - oral and written
- Ability to build, establish, and protect relationships
- Self motivation and determination to develop
- Open to training within the marketing and communication fields
