OVERVIEW:
Blueprint is an events based marketing firm located in the heart of Dallas, TX. Are you a people-person with a passion for helping others and a knack for sales? We’re looking for motivated, competitive, and energetic Sales Associates to join our team on a full time or part time basis immediately.
SALES ASSOCIATE SUMMARY:
Our sales associates at events are the front-line representatives of our fortune 50 client partners. You will engage with attendees, showcase products or services, answer questions, and drive sales on the spot. Your goal is to create a positive, memorable experience while boosting brand awareness and generating leads or purchases. You will be the face to our clients’ representation and provide excellent customer service while creating long lasting partnerships and customer lifetime value.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers and build genuine connections
- Understand consumer needs to recommend suitable products or services and offer tailored product solutions
- Demonstrate high energy, a positive attitude, and winning sales techniques
- Drive customer acquisition by hitting and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly metrics and goals
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and efficient work environment and electric atmosphere
- Participate in daily sales training and coaching sessions
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on promotions
QUALIFICATIONS WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
- Results-driven and highly self motivated with a competitive edge
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required, we’ll train the right person
- A background in sports or team-based activities (bonus if you’ve competed at a high level!)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to take direction and run with it—just like a good game plan
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.32 - $23.32 per hour
