Are you an outgoing, enthusiastic, and customer-focused individual? If so, we’d love for you to be part of the BluePrints team at Dodger Stadium! As a BluePrints team member, you'll play a key role in capturing unforgettable moments and enhancing the fan experience on game days through professional photography services.
About the Role:
This dynamic position includes two exciting roles:
📸 Roaming Photographer
- Capture special moments of fans throughout the stadium during game days.
- Engage with fans, making their experience fun and memorable while taking their photos.
- Promote and sell photo packages, ensuring fans receive high-quality prints.
📸 Tours Photographer
- Take photos of fans enjoying their stadium tours, capturing their special visit.
- Interact with guests to provide a warm and engaging experience.
- Promote and sell professional photo packages, ensuring quality and quick delivery.
💰 Compensation:
- Starting pay: $17/hr
- Increases by $1/hr every 10 games worked, up to a maximum of $20/hr
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ Previous customer service experience is a plus.
✔ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
✔ Experience using a digital camera is helpful but not required—we provide training!
✔ Sales experience and familiarity with point-of-sale systems are preferred, but training is available.
✔ Flexible availability, including weekends and some evenings.
✔ A passion for baseball is always a bonus!
✔ Previous customer service experience is a plus.

Availability & Schedule:
Our team operates at every home game from March 27th through September 21st. We’re looking for team members who can commit to most of these games.
- Typical call time: 4:30 PM (varies based on game schedule).
- Shift length: Depends on game flow.
- Weekend hours may vary.
