Mission

We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Influencer Specialist to join our team in Madrid. The ideal candidate should align with our brand values and be capable of managing a variety of tasks related to influencer marketing. You will be responsible for negotiating with influencers, creating briefings, and staying up-to-date with social media trends. Additionally, you will handle content validation, client relationships, contract generation, and billing follow-up.

Job Functions

Develop strategic and creative proposals and budget responsively for our clients.
Ensure the flawless execution of each campaign, maintaining a continuous communication with all stakeholders.
Effectively connect with the client, understanding their needs and cooperating with the team.
Maintain high levels of campaign execution through exceptional organization and time management.
Close deals with existing relationships.
Influencer strategy and management.

Requirements

1-2 years of relevant experience in content marketing, influencer marketing, community management in agency environment.

Strong communication and negotiation skills (both verbal and written).

Great organizational and analytical skills

Pronounced service orientation, empathy, and problem-solving skills.

High energy and can-do attitude.

Goal-oriented and fast-learning and autonomous worker.

Update to trends in different social Media Platforms.

Experience in Influencer Marketing : scouting, management, negotiation, good relationship is a plus

English advance or C1 is necessary, any other language is a plus.
