What You'll Be Doing:
- Install and terminate fiber optic cables from access points to core network equipment
- Troubleshoot fiber connections and hardware issues with confidence and precision
- Set up and maintain networking gear including routers, modems, and optical equipment
- Work safely in a variety of environments—indoors, underground, aerial, and occasionally tight spots
- Partner with other techs and engineers to deliver smooth installs and lightning-fast service
What You Bring to the Table:
- Solid understanding of fiber optic cabling, network systems, and how to diagnose issues
- Experience in fiber installation or a related technical field is a big plus
- Ability to lift equipment, climb poles, and work in confined spaces
- Self-starter attitude with strong troubleshooting and decision-making skills
