BlueSky is an Atlanta-based Boutique Technology staffing company that services clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to innovative start-ups nationwide.
We offer contract, contract-to-hire, direct-hire, and project-based solutions. Our consultative, non-transactional methodology prioritizes client relationships and quality candidates.
Responsibilities
- Recruit IT candidates using tools including Bullhorn, Linkedin, Indeed, and other job boards.
- Build a strong pipeline of prospective candidates
- Prepare candidates for interviews using best practices
- Communicate and work with the sales team
- Strategize innovative ways to reach new candidates
Qualifications
- 2 years min of IT Staffing Agency experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- The desire to excel in a performance-driven environment
We offer a hybrid work schedule, with Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday being optional work from home. Our office is located in Sandy Springs.
