Responsibilities:
- Provide individual therapy and collaborate with a team of therapists and prescribers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Engage in regular staffing with collaborating prescribers, at least monthly, to discuss patient cases or clinical topics.
- Coordinate care between psychiatric and counselor providers, emphasizing a team-based approach.
- Utilize solid computer and technology skills to conduct telehealth sessions and maintain patient records.
Job Requirements:
- Must be fully licensed (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or Ph.D.) and open to licensing in alternative states.
- Significant prior clinical experience as a psychotherapist is preferred but not required.
- Experience with diverse populations, including the LGBTQ and transgender community, is desired.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Solid computer and basic technology skills.
