Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop an in-depth understanding of our client service model, engaging in pre-appointment prep and post-appointment follow-ups, managing forms for account changes as directed.
- Actively participate as a key member of the service team, extending support to Representatives (Reps) and Relationship Managers (RMs).
- Handle client service requests under the direction of Reps and RMs.
- Process, acquire electronic signatures, and submit documentation for both managed and unmanaged accounts.
- Deepen your knowledge of Shelton Financial and BD/RIA processes, focusing on the rationale and methodology behind various tasks.
- Regularly consult with Advisors or Relationship managers regarding the execution of post-meeting action items through to completion.
- Learn and assist in the trading process.
- Collaborate with and assist others in the office as workload changes due to marketing events and day to day office work flows.
- Lead specific projects as directed by the COO or Advisors.
- Engage actively in Shelton Financial's marketing events and initiatives (~20 evenings/year).
- Call existing clients to schedule review meetings.
- Provide coverage for other RMs, Administrative staff, and reception during breaks and PTO.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Industry experience a plus but not a requirement
