Software Test Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Automate with Impact: Design, implement, and maintain automated tests to streamline workflows and boost efficiency.
• Balance Manual and Automated Testing: Execute manual and automated tests to guarantee comprehensive quality assurance across diverse applications.
• Master Cutting-Edge Tools: Leverage tools like Postman, Ranorex, and Robot Framework for hands-on testing automation.
• Cover All Fronts: Apply expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies to ensure robust testing coverage.
• Code Smartly: Utilize programming languages like Java, Python, and JavaScript to craft innovative testing solutions.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of software test design principles and modern testing methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications That Count: DoD Security , CISSP, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
• DevOps and CI/CD Tools: Proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Jenkins, and automated deployment pipelines.
• Framework Familiarity: Experience with Spring Boot, React, and data testing frameworks.
• Big Data Know-How: Exposure to platforms like Hadoop, Spark, and Elasticsearch.
• Database Skills: Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases.

Staff Software Test Engineer

Salary Range: In compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $105,000 - $135,000. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.

Required Education: 6 years of software test experience with a Bachelor of Science degree OR Associate degree with 2 additional years of experience beyond the minimum required may be substituted in lieu of a degree OR a High School Diploma with 4 additional years of experience beyond the minimum required may be substituted in lieu of a degree.

Principal Software Test Engineer

Salary Range: In compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $130,000 - $170,000. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.

Required Education: 12 years of software test experience with a Bachelor of Science degree OR Associate degree with 2 additional years of experience beyond the minimum required may be substituted in lieu of a degree OR a High School Diploma with 4 additional years of experience beyond the minimum required may be substituted in lieu of a degree.

Clearance Requirement: This position requires the ability to obtain a TS/SCI Clearance. To be eligible for clearance, US Citizenship is required, and an employee must agree to participate in a background screen and credit check.

Relocation: This position does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
