Are you eager to dive into real estate investment and analysis at an institutional level, working hands-on with real deals and cutting-edge financial models? BlueStar Consulting is looking for driven interns to join our 10-week program, offering you a front-row seat to commercial real estate deals and comprehensive exposure to valuation, market analysis, and government consulting. This is a 100% remote position, running 4–9 PM EST (25 hours/week), where you’ll collaborate with senior professionals and gain industry-grade experience.

The internship is unpaid, but interns will receive a comprehensive education in commercial real estate. Interns will also have the opportunity to earn compensation based on their performance.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the valuation of commercial real estate properties
• Conduct market research and analysis
• Prepare government contract proposals
• Work on projects with senior-level professionals
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in economics, finance, or a related field
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with commercial real estate software a plus
