We are looking for an Enterprise Project Manager to lead and coordinate cross-functional projects that drive business efficiency, technology integration, and strategic initiatives. This role does not require deep expertise in a specific business function but demands strong organizational, communication, and execution skills.
The ideal candidate has experience managing projects across multiple teams, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals. You will work closely with stakeholders from different departments-such as IT, operations, finance, and sales-to deliver high-impact projects on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Execution:
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria using standardized project management methodologies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Coordinate and facilitate communication between business, IT, and operational teams to ensure alignment.
- Risk & Issue Management:
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while proactively resolving roadblocks.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as a liaison between executives, business units, and technical teams to ensure clear expectations and priorities.
- Process Improvement:
- Work on standardizing project management best practices within the PMO framework.
- Change Management:
- Support teams in adapting to new processes, technologies, and organizational shifts.
- Performance Reporting:
- Track and report key project milestones, KPIs, and overall project health to leadership.
- Project Governance:
- Ensure compliance with enterprise policies, budgeting guidelines, and reporting standards.
- Agile & Waterfall Coordination:
- Apply the appropriate project management methodology depending on project needs.
Qualifications & Experience:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 1-5 years of project management experience in an enterprise or corporate setting.
- Exposure to Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies (formal training or experience preferred).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills to engage both technical and non-technical teams.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent).
- Basic understanding of financial and operational workflows within a business.
Preferred:
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM, CSM, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2).
- If a candidate does not have a certification at the time of hiring, they must obtain one within two (2) years of employment.
- Experience working in B2B, distribution, supply chain, or IT transformation projects.
- Knowledge of change management frameworks such as Prosci ADKAR.
- Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel, etc.).
