About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Bluestem Communities Management Inc.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and prioritize resident care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care to residents, including administering medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
- Observe and document resident conditions, reporting changes or concerns to appropriate parties
- Respond to resident calls for help, determining how to assist them while adhering to policies and procedures
- Collaborate with DON, physicians, care plan teams, and families to assess resident needs and implement interventions

Requirements
- A valid KS LPN license
- Completion of an accredited LPN training program from a reputable school of nursing, college, or university
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
