We are seeking a professional, hard-working Property Manager to join our team! Our portfolio consists of ten dynamic apartment communities (and growing) in the midtown/downtown Omaha area. You will work with current residents, vendors, leasing and maintenance staff and ensure the property is a place that feels like home.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively lead, direct, and manage the day-to-day functions of one or more properties
- Supervise maintenance staff
- Collect and post rent payments
- Process legal notices
- Coordinate and manage all vendor relationships
- Review and process property invoices
- Ensure quality record keeping at all times
- Provide top notch customer service to all residents, vendors and guests!
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in leasing, property management, real estate, or other related fields
- Familiarity with contracts and leases
- Ability to build genuine relationships with residents and vendors
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software and overall comfort working with computers
- A reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and satisfactory driving record
Wage & Benefits:
- Competitive salary and bonuses.
- Onsite: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, no weekends, on-call for emergencies only.

- The first year of employment you accrue 15 days of PTO and are eligible for 11 paid holidays per calendar year (including the entire week off between Christmas Eve and New Year's Day).
