**Join Our Team**
We are seeking a talented Property Manager to join our team. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of one or more properties, including supervising maintenance staff, collecting rent payments, processing legal notices, and coordinating vendor relationships.
**Responsibilities**
- Effectively lead and direct the day-to-day functions of one or more properties.
- Supervise maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Collect and post rent payments, as well as process legal notices.
- Cordinate and manage all vendor relationships to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Review and process property invoices in a timely manner.
- Ensure quality record-keeping at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, vendors, and guests.
**Requirements**
- Previous experience in leasing, property management, real estate, or a related field.
- Familiarity with contracts and leases.
- Ability to build genuine relationships with residents and vendors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software and comfortable working with computers.
- A reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, auto insurance, and satisfactory driving record.

- Monday to Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, no weekends, on-call for emergencies only.
