What are the responsibilities and job description for the Catering Coordinator position at Bluestone Hospitality Group?
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure catering orders are produced per Johnny Carino's standards and are delivered on time
- Partner with Restaurant Management and Catering Call Center to ensure customers experience excellent service with their catering orders and inquiries
- Maintain all operational standards & execute orders
- Respond to catering inquiries
- Manage catering supply inventory
- Deliver catering orders
Qualifications and Skills
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- Previous restaurant experience preferred
- English language and professional communications skills are required
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
Physical Demands
- Mobility required during the entire shift
- Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to eight (8) hours in length
