Role Overview
As a collaborative physician, you will be an essential part of our team at Bluestone Physician Services. You will partner with nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and the integrated care team to further expand care models and improve patient care.
The focus of this role is to be available to the advanced practice provider and integrated care team for clinical support and guidance in the ongoing management of our chronically ill complex patient population.
