Join our team as a Hybrid Roaming Maintenance Technician and Groundskeeper! This is a unique opportunity for an individual interested in a 32-hour-per-week hybrid schedule. With this hybrid role, Sunday and Monday are groundskeeping (full days) and Tuesday and Wednesday are maintenance-related. You may handle turns and emergencies (same day not after hours) and will have the opportunity to train with a team that has more than 50 years of combined maintenance experience.
As a Hybrid Roaming Maintenance Technician/Groundskeeper, you'll enjoy the flexibility of working across various properties, delivering top-notch maintenance services, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. This role promises diversity, allowing you to demonstrate your expertise in different settings, making each day fulfilling and dynamic.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in residential/property management maintenance.
- Self-starter with the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and promptly report any issues or concerns.
- Adhere to safety protocols and uphold a clean and organized work environment.
- Preferred experience in maintenance with drywall, plumbing, minor electrical repairs and appliance repairs. We can train you on the rest.
Compensation & Schedule:
- $500 sign on bonus at 90 days of employment & an additional $500 upon positive performance review at 6 months
- Employee referrals are not eligible for a combined sign-on bonus and referral bonus
- Starting wage of $24 per hour, commensurate with experience.
- 32 hours per week 8-4:30 Sunday-Wednesday (Sundays required, other days are flexible)
- Sunday and Monday are groundskeeping and Tuesday-Wednesday are maintenance work.
- Mileage reimbursement at the federal rate, with the opportunity for a company vehicle after 120 days.
