Maintenance Dispatcher / Scheduling Coordinator
Full-Time | 32 Hours Per Week | Tigard, OR
Are you a highly organized, adaptable problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you have a knack for scheduling, coordination, and keeping things running smoothly? If so, Bluestone Real Estate is looking for a Maintenance Dispatcher / Scheduling Coordinator to join our team!
What You’ll Do:
- Provide direct support to the Maintenance Director by assisting with scheduling, task coordination, and department organization.
- Communicate with tenants, property managers, and businesses to confirm appointments, access, and work details.
- Assign tasks to Maintenance Technicians and track progress to ensure timely completion.
- Adjust schedules and reassign work as needed when unforeseen issues arise.
- Keep Property Managers informed about job status and delays.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal teams and external clients.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a corporate office environment.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in any career field.
- Experience in maintenance, construction, or dispatching is a plus!
Position Details:
- Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1 hour unpaid lunch)
- Location: Bluestone corporate office in Portland, OR (on-site - NO option for remote)
- Compensation: Non-exempt, eligible for overtime pay for hours worked over 40 per week $24-25 per hour
- 120 hours of PTO on an accrued basis (sick/vacation combined)
