Portland Area Groundskeeper/Porter

Bluestone Real Estate Services is seeking an exterior groundskeeper. We are a rapidly growing property management company in Portland seeking to add a groundskeeper to our maintenance team!

This position is mobile and works outside every day rain or shine, snow or heat! Some of your duties include pressure washing, cleaning graffiti, debris pick up, leaf blowing, and more!

Required:

• Valid drivers license
• Clean motor vehicle record check
• A reliable vehicle to start with mileage reimbursement (company vehicle provided after 30-60 days)
• Self-starter
• You must be able to walk, crouch, bend, lift up to 25 lbs and stand for up to 10 hours a day.
• You must be comfortable working outside 100% of your day, no matter the weather.

Preference is given to those with experience working outside, working with the public in a similar or adjacent manner, or those with previous porter/groundskeeping experience, especially in property management.

Schedule & Compensation:

• This position is approximately 40 hours a week 
• Sunday-Thursday 6 AM - 4:30 or 8 AM -6:30 
• Position starts at $21 per hour
• $500 sign on bonus at 90 days*

• Employee referrals are not eligible for the sign-on bonus but are eligible for the employee referral bonus.
