Work Arrangement
This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Technical Recruiter, you'll collaborate with our Account Managers to understand all assigned requisitions and source potential candidates through various channels.
You'll establish and maintain relationships with pipeline candidates and placed consultants, ensuring they move forward in the process. You'll also update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) clearly and consistently, keeping detailed records along the way.
