Years of Experience : 5 years
Base Qualifications :
- U.S. Citizenship / Green Card
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems
- Strong knowledge of Jaggaer eProcurement application, including the Procurement and Contracting modules
- Software Category & Vendor Management experience
- Strong knowledge and understanding of software licensing contracts and terms, maintenance agreements, and compliance requirements
- In-depth understanding of procurement policies, procedures and best practices
- Experience with procurement process optimization and tooling
- Ability to analyze spend, licensing usage, and contract risks
- Contracting or Acquisition Professional Certification a plus
- Inventory and categorize existing Software category contracts to extract vendor and software application inventory information
- Evaluate current procurement and contract management processes
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes leveraging Jaggaer capabilities
- Capture contract and license usage and renewal dates to support risk analysis and provide risk / cost reduction recommendations
