We are a leading company in the healthcare sector, currently looking for an experienced IT Data Warehousing Analyst to join our dynamic team.
What you'll be doing...
- Collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data to support business decisions
- Identifying opportunities for data reuse across the enterprise and validating data sources
- Staying updated with new tools, technology, and functionalities across applications
- Working closely with customers, vendors, business analysts, and application development project teams to resolve information flow and content issues
- Ensuring data integrity and compliance through data profiling and validations
- Facilitating client meetings to gather and document requirements and explore potential solutions
- Analyzing and documenting client's business requirements and processes, and communicating these requirements by constructing conceptual data and process models
- Collaborating with work teams, departments, system leadership, staff, other IT groups, and technology vendors to define needs and facilitate solutions
- Creating test scenarios and developing test plans to verify that client requirements are incorporated into the system design
- Assisting in analyzing testing results throughout the project and coordinating business analyst tasks on information technology projects
- Providing support, escalation response to production problem issues / errors, and performing root cause analysis and application resolution
- A minimum of five (5) years of applicable work experience
- Good understanding of HIPAA data Privacy and Security requirements
- Ability to work flexibly and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
- Experience with the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Healthcare experience including knowledge of EDI transactions, Medicare, Medicaid, commercial products, and understanding of ACA
- Experience in data warehousing, Data Mart environments
- Deep expertise with Oracle database including SQL / PL SQL, indexing, partitioning, views, materialized views, performance tuning, and optimization
- Understanding of Star Schema, Snow flake, Data Warehouse methodologies like Bill Inmon and Ralph Kimball
- Experience with UNIX operating systems and Oracle database
- Technical experience includes strong knowledge of state-of-the-art software engineering approaches in design, build, test, debugging problems, and ongoing technical support
- Experience with FACETS, IKA, PEGA, and Windows and UNIX operating systems
- 3 years applicable experience in a Healthcare setting
- Bachelor's degree required

This is the pay range that we reasonably expect to pay someone for this position, however, as a supplier your expected pay range may vary and / or include certain benefits like : Stipends (for clinical traveler workers only), Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K. Pay range : $41 / hr - $53 / hr.
