We are a leading organization in the health sector, currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining and supporting various applications within our department, including Women Infant and Children (WIC), Kindergarten Oral Health Assessment (KOHA), and Early Hearing and Detection and Intervention (EHDI).
Your expertise will be crucial in enhancing, integrating, maintaining, and implementing projects, as well as providing application oversight to other business analysts in the team. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency of our automated processes, data integrity, and the security of our applications.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop high-level functional requirement documents.
- Conduct comprehensive business requirements analysis and gap analysis.
- Execute full software development life cycle (SDLC) including requirements gathering and writing functional / technical specifications for complex projects.
- Develop functional design documents and liaise with stakeholders for review and approval.
- Create user stories and task breakdowns for agile development projects.
- Develop prototypes and mockups for user review and approval.
- Assist with the design and documentation of IT solutions that adhere to State of Michigan standard technology.
- Design, develop, and implement test plans and test reports for applications or subsystems.
- Provide application support for business client applications maintained by DTMB.
- Deliver product and service based upon the core concepts of business analysis.
- Minimum of 8 years of business analysis experience for complex computer systems.
- Proven experience in developing functional requirements for development projects.
- Experience in developing and implementing test plans and test cases.
- Minimum of 5 years implementing Agile development processes including test-driven development.
- Experience in creating, updating, and maintaining systems documentation.
- Experience with Azure DevOps or a similar requirements and test case tracking application.
- Experience working with HIPAA Data.
