We are representing an esteemed agency seeking to fill three positions for experienced Technical Writers / Business Analysts. Join our team and contribute to the development of our case management system through your expertise and innovative ideas!
What Will You Do?
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to storyboard user scenarios for case management applications.
Define business outcomes for various case management use cases.
Create top-notch technical documentation outlining key workflows, use cases, user stories, and functional specifications.
Publish step-by-step process instructions to achieve business objectives.
Define data requirements associated with clinical use cases.
Review and edit technical content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency, ensuring alignment with system functionalities and user needs.
Organize and structure documentation in a user-friendly manner.
Produce clear, accessible content for a diverse audience, including end users, system administrators, and developers.
Provide user perspective feedback on the CMS to help improve system usability. Who Are We Looking For?
The ideal candidate should possess :
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in analyzing, documenting, and implementing software solutions in a technical environment.
Knowledge of SQL or similar query languages (3 years preferred).
A solid understanding of databases, APIs, and integration concepts (5 years of experience).
Experience with cloud technologies, SaaS solutions, and data analysis (3 years).
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail (5 years).
Effective communication, organizational and time-management skills.
A detail-oriented mindset with a focus on producing high-quality deliverables.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Preferred, But Not Required
It would be a bonus if you have :
Specific experience in case management within Child Welfare domains.
Experience in testing and implementing hosted web applications within the Human Services sector (ie Social Services, Crisis / Emergency Services).
