Our client, a highly established organization, is embarking on a significant migration project. They are moving their remaining applications from a legacy mainframe platform to an existing Microsoft platform. This includes areas such as Accounting, Pensions, Disability, and Vouchering. They are in need of a Project Manager (PM) who will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of this project.
What you will be doing…
- Establishing and maintaining communication with management, product owners, and business analysts to define required work and timelines using a Minimum Variable Product (MVP) approach.
- Creating detailed project plans in line with the organization's methodology, and continuously updating these to ensure timely and consistent project updates.
- Setting and managing schedules, driving activities, identifying risks and dependencies, and developing mitigation strategies.
- Effectively planning deliverables to efficiently utilize the team's resources.
