You must have a proven track record of success with 3-5 years of solid sales experience. As a commission-only 1099 Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for growing and maintaining business
You are responsible for developing and building relationships with new and existing customers to generate sales revenue. You possess the ability to achieve sales targets through effectively developing designated territory. Your results driven sales approach will actively seek out and engage customer prospects while balancing sales and service expectations
Duties
- Identify and pursue new sales leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Present and demonstrate products or services to potential clients, effectively communicating their benefits.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
- Upsell additional products or services to existing accounts to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate with the inside sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and follow-up.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the company’s offerings.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales or a related field is preferred.
- Strong skills in lead generation and business development are essential.
- Familiarity with technical sales processes is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies.
- Experience in account management is highly desirable.
