We are an outpatient mental health clinic that provides therapy and evaluation services for individuals of all ages. We specialize in providing care for anxiety, ADHD, and autism concerns. We are seeking a marriage/family therapist to expand our team and provide therapeutic services to couples and families with neurodivergent needs. Behavioral Health Clinician - Neuroaffirming Marriage/Family Therapist
We are an outpatient mental health clinic that provides therapy and evaluation services for individuals of all ages. We specialize in providing care for anxiety, ADHD, and autism concerns. We are seeking a marriage/family therapist to expand our team and provide therapeutic services to couples and families with neurodivergent needs. Responsibilities may include:
- Manage a caseload of up to 25 psychotherapy patients; a mix of both marriage/family and individual therapy cases
- Contribute to the improvement of clinical processes and operations
- Minimum of a Masters degree in clinical/counseling psychology or social work
- Must be fully licensed in the state of Michigan at the doctoral or terminal masters level, with an LP, LPC, or LMSW
- Must be able to independently practice marriage/family therapy
- Minimum of one year of experience practicing evidence-based marriage/family therapy
- Minimum of one year experience treating individuals/couples/families with neurodivergent needs such as ASD and ADHD
- Minimum of one year of experience practicing other evidence-based interventions such as behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and/or dialectical behavior therapy in a clinical setting
- Experience using a cloud-based EHR (e.g., TherapyNotes)
- Desire to expand clinical expertise to other populations and treatment modalities
