What You’ll Do
Under the direction of our CFO/VP of Practice Services, you will oversee tasks in the following areas:
- Revenue Cycle Strategy: Develop and implement strategic revenue cycle plans, lead planning sessions and evaluate market trends and benchmarks to refine strategies.
- Project implementation and change management: Plan and execute and implement projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor KPI’s, implement process improvements and optimize financial performance, as well as ensuring compliance.
- Team and Leadership Development: Lead and mentor current team members, create staffing plans and provide training and professional development.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a strategic partner to practices, executives, and ownership teams. Collaborate with other departments to align with operational goals.
- Compliance and Legal Oversight: Ensure Revenue Cycle Operations comply with all federal, state, and local regulations.
- Special Projects: Tackling high-priority initiatives to drive organizational success.
