Compensation: $70,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

As our Facilities & Compliance Manager, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our dental practices are safe, compliant, beautifully maintained, and fully supported to provide the best care possible.

🎯 What You’ll Do (aka Your Superhero Duties)

• Be the go-to for everything related to our facilities across multiple dental practices.
• Manage compliance with regulations, licenses, and facility standards (yes, HIPAA included!).
• Conduct property & equipment evaluations and follow up like a boss.
• Tame the beast that is insurance paperwork—renewals, claims, certificates…you’ll do it all.
• Help onboarding for new practices, ensuring seamless integration and high standards.
• Keep our spaces fresh with cleaning schedules and vendor coordination.
• Work closely with leadership and practice managers to make sure nothing slips through the cracks.
• Be a voice of calm and clarity when someone yells, “The AC is down!”
