What You Bring to the Team :
3-5 years of orthodontic customer service experience
Background in sales a huge plus
Familiarity with Cloud 9 software ? Even better!
Expertise in explaining insurance benefits and treatment options
Experience handling multi-line s like a pro
A love for collaboration and communication
