Job Description
The Customer Service Specialist - Transportation will be responsible for delivering Primo Brands' products to residential, commercial, and retail customers in the Dracut, MA area. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong face-to-face sales abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide premium customer service to customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Deliver products to customers in a timely and efficient manner
- Upsell additional products and services to existing customers
- Manage account information and resolve any issues that may arise
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A valid CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement (or be willing to obtain one)
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience
- Service-oriented attitude with strong face-to-face sales skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in different types of weather
- Ability to effectively interact with customers in a variety of settings
