About the Role : As an Engineering Project Manager, you will oversee a variety of projects from start to finish, including new equipment installations, infrastructure upgrades, and the introduction of new materials in our manufacturing network. You will ensure effective communication with key stakeholders and coordinate activities among cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage project scope, business case, charters, risk assessments, and cost estimations in the project management tool.
- Oversee project budgets and lead stakeholder meetings to report on project progress.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive project timeline throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure project milestones are met.
- Conduct risk assessments and manage mitigation plans proactively.
- Work closely with quality, R&D, and engineering to ensure quality standards are upheld.
- Develop a detailed commissioning plan and manage startup processes effectively.
- Act as the main point of contact with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) and vendors to resolve any issues and finalize project components.
- Ensure proper documentation, lessons learned, and project handover processes are completed and approved by stakeholders.
- Support the verification process and track the completion of all project punchlist items.
This role may require up to 60% domestic travel to engage with our plants and partners. A more senior level may involve handling projects exceeding $50MM in capital expenditures or major national launches.
Compensation : Salary range is $110,374 - $125,125, with eligibility for a 15% annual bonus. Our company is committed to fair compensation practices and encourages open discussions about salary during the interview process.
