As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining, fixing, and improving equipment used in bottling and packaging operations.
We offer a competitive salary of $36.31 per hour, with a shift differential of 6-8% paid for applicable hours worked. Our rotating 2/2/3 D shift schedule allows for a dynamic work environment and opportunities for career growth.
The successful candidate will have a solid background in mechanical maintenance, with experience in performing routine preventative and corrective maintenance and testing on equipment. They will also be responsible for identifying processing waste reduction opportunities and assisting in reduction projects, participating in preventative maintenance programs to reduce costs of operations, and communicating with production lines about machine downtime and identified issues.
