BlueTriton Brands is seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to join our manufacturing/bottling facility team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for restoring machines to operating conditions during runtime failures, completing reactive maintenance on production lines, and creating retrofits and fabrication.
The successful candidate will have 3 or more years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment, with a demonstrated sense of urgency and ability to work in high-speed production environments. They will also possess solid computer skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and SAP, as well as experience with CMMS or ERP systems.
We offer competitive compensation, including a base hourly rate of $35.70, with 50 cent increases after 90 and 180 days upon successful review.
