We are a water and beverage company in North America that produces and distributes a portfolio of brands of spring water, purified water, and other beverages. Our company overview highlights our commitment to sustainability and protecting over 20,000 acres of watershed area owned by the company from harm and destruction.
We are currently seeking a Human Resource Generalist who will be responsible for supporting the Maine Product Supply teams, including Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and supporting functions. This role reports to the Hollis HR Manager and requires strong discernment and HR experience with a demonstrable track record as a HR partner in an operations environment.
The successful candidate will provide direction to the bench development process for all team members, including performance management, career development, and workforce planning. Additionally, they will assist the Maine HR Managers in developing and executing our people plan, which includes employee feedback programs, leadership assessments, and leadership development meetings.
Key qualifications include:
- Ability to travel to Hollis or Poland Maine rotating locations each week
- 3 years' experience in human resources experience in a dynamic HR department
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Strong communication abilities at multiple levels of the organization
- Demonstrated organization skills leading to the ability to optimal manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
