Job Description
As a Technical Lead at BlueTriton, you will be responsible for maintaining, fixing, and improving equipment used in bottling and packaging operations. You will work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing your mechanical and electrical skills to identify and resolve issues. Your ability to work independently or as part of a team will be essential in meeting daily production schedules and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong mechanical and electrical skills, with experience working in industrial manufacturing environments. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with additional technical training or certifications preferred. You should also be comfortable working in a high-speed production environment and be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Additional Responsibilities
Some of your key responsibilities will include conducting creative problem-solving to identify and perform equipment improvements, participating in special project work on equipment upgrades or installations, and working with team members and operators to ensure daily production schedules are met. You will also be expected to maintain partnerships with team members and vendors using effective communication and provide break relief to production operators or team members as needed.
