Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor (Technical Resource) to join our manufacturing plant's leadership team. This role will be responsible for overseeing plant technical operations, including production line maintenance, processing equipment maintenance, and utility equipment maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Lead the preventative maintenance process, defining processes and driving improvements to achieve KPI targets
- Assist with change initiatives and continuous improvement efforts, including LEAN manufacturing implementation
- Build relationships with frontline team members to create and maintain a positive work environment
- Communicate safety, quality, technical, and training issues to the team
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Industrial Technology or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- Five or more years of experience in industrial maintenance, with at least two years in a leadership capacity
- Prior experience in a beverage, food, or clean manufacturing environment with familiarity with quality, GMP, and hygiene regulations
