Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Stanwood, MI. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of production lines and equipment, ensuring efficient operation and minimizing downtime.
Main Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Developing and implementing effective maintenance strategies to minimize equipment downtime
- Coaching and mentoring maintenance personnel to improve skills and performance
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve processes
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Industrial Technology or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- At least 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, with 2 years in a leadership position
- Prior experience in a beverage or food manufacturing environment, with knowledge of quality and regulatory standards
