This Production Equipment Operator role is an excellent opportunity to join our team at BlueTriton Brands and contribute to the success of our Poland Spring operation in Maine.
">You will be responsible for operating production equipment, performing basic maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring safe work practices, while working closely with a supportive team.
">Key Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of this role include:
">- Operating production equipment and performing basic maintenance tasks.
- Troubleshooting issues and identifying root causes.
- Cleaning and recording preventative maintenance activities, quality inspection data, equipment downtime, and production output.
- Adhering to safe work practices, good manufacturing practices, and participating in safe behavior observation programs.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have:
">- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- Prior experience in clean manufacturing.
- Ability to work scheduled shifts, including start-up and handover meetings.
- Forklift experience (training provided if needed).
