We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team at BlueTriton Brands. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where you will be responsible for maintaining, fixing, and improving equipment used in bottling and packaging operations.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have strong technical knowledge of compressed air systems (pneumatics), electrical systems, hydraulics, and water processing. They will also have experience with high-and low-pressure compressors, chillers, water treatment, boilers, and bottling equipment. Additionally, they will be proficient in reading mechanical drawings/schematics and OEM technical prints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance tasks, including repairing and improving equipment from minor rebuilds to major overhauls
- Performing preventative maintenance and testing on equipment to identify potential issues
- Troubleshooting and investigating machine failures using the Breakdown Analysis process
- Communicating with equipment suppliers, contractors, and vendors as necessary
- Maintaining accurate records of all testing and repairs
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
- Three or more years proven maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Candidates must complete the Mechanical Aptitude Test before being considered
- Prior experience with SAP system and bottling equipment is preferred
