Manufacturing Technician Position

Job Summary

We are seeking skilled technicians to join our Poland Spring team in Maine, responsible for operating production equipment, performing basic maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring safe work practices.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in clean manufacturing and possess strong communication skills, both face-to-face and over the radio, with computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft applications (SAP experience a plus).

• Operate production equipment and perform basic maintenance tasks.
• Troubleshoot issues and identify root causes.
• Clean and record preventative maintenance activities, quality inspection data, equipment downtime, and production output.
• Adhere to safe work practices, good manufacturing practices, and participate in safe behavior observation programs.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Prior experience in clean manufacturing.
• Ability to work scheduled shifts, including start-up and handover meetings.
• Forklift experience (training provided if needed).
