About the Role
As an Operations Team Lead, you'll be a Primo Brands Ambassador in the marketplace and within our branch, leaving a positive impression on both our internal and external customers.
- Oversee route drivers and deliveries to homes and businesses
- Improve productivity and streamline branch activities to maximize results and achieve peak performance
Responsibilities
Manage and oversee all branch operations and ensure an efficient operation on a day-to-day basis.
- Lead the team to achieve and exceed sales targets by coaching team members on effective language and techniques for upselling products
- Support the team with decisions and help when needed; problem solve and manage conflict within the team
Requirements
We're looking for individuals with:
- A high school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience
- The ability to secure and maintain a Class B CDL license with airbrake endorsement (preferred)
- No major driving offenses in their Motor Vehicle Record (last 3 years)
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Power BI (preferred)
