As an Operations Supervisor, you will be a ReadyRefresh Ambassador within our branch, making a positive impact on both internal and external customers. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to lead by example while embodying our core values. You will oversee route drivers and deliveries to homes and businesses, enhance productivity, and refine branch operations to achieve optimal performance.
Reporting Location : Elmsford, NY
Compensation : $80,000 / year commission
Schedule : Monday - Friday (Saturdays as needed)
Start Time : Between 6 am - 7 am until workload is complete

Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and oversee branch operations, ensuring daily efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to enhance productivity and streamline activities for peak performance.
- Be a supportive leader by providing guidance, coaching, and training to your team, including training new hires and teaching upselling techniques.
- Prioritize safety in all operations, operate vehicles responsibly, and complete required documentation daily.
- Assist in daily branch closing activities, driver execution reviews, and team meetings.
- Inspire your team to meet and exceed sales targets through effective coaching techniques.
- Maintain flexibility to cover routes and adapt work hours based on branch needs.
- Collaborate with the Operational Leader to enhance customer service strategies.
