The salary for this position is $26.66 per hour, with 50-cent increases after 90 and 180 days upon successful review. Additionally, 6-8% of base hourly rate shift differential paid for applicable hours worked.
">Job Description
This role involves operating production equipment, performing basic maintenance, troubleshooting, cleaning, and recording preventative maintenance activities, quality inspection data, equipment downtime, and production output.
">Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience. Prior experience in clean manufacturing is preferred, as well as ability to work scheduled shifts, including start-up and handover meetings.
">Forklift experience is beneficial, and we can train new associates. You must be able to lift and move 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and work in adverse environmental conditions.
