About the Role
- Lead the maintenance of production lines, including scheduling and coordination of maintenance activities.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes.
- Provide guidance and support to maintenance technicians to ensure successful completion of tasks.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Industrial Technology, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, with 2 years in a leadership capacity.
- Prior experience in a beverage, food, or other clean manufacturing environment, with knowledge of quality, GMP, and hygiene regulations.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Suite applications and business management software (SAP preferred).
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to facilitate change and lead a team.
