Job Title: Asset Reliability Specialist
At BlueTriton Brands, we are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team. This role involves leading maintenance planning activities, coordinating resources, and executing maintenance plans to ensure asset reliability and compliance with regulations.
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance planning and a proven track record of implementing effective preventive maintenance strategies. The role requires close collaboration with Factory Technical and Operations Teams to optimize and update Reliability Centered Maintenance Plans using SAP CMMS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance Planning: Schedule maintenance tasks, lead maintenance implementation, and provide planning and execution support for maintenance or project-related downtime events.
- Asset Management: Manage asset registers, conduct breakdown analysis, and implement lubrication programs.
- Budgeting and Reporting: Lead the Annual Zero-Based Maintenance budgeting process and ensure proper roles and responsibilities are understood for analysis, justification, funds request, and reporting.
- Compliance and Training: Maintain training materials, ensure internal and external compliance, and support the factory Technical Competency building program.
Requirements:
- Certification and Education: High-School Diploma or GED, Certification in Industrial Maintenance or Project Management (Preferred)
- Experience: Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in maintenance planning or project management
- Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of AMM/CMMS systems (SAP preferred), Advanced use of Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
