Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Route Delivery Driver to join our team at BlueTriton Brands. As a key member of our ReadyRefresh delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering our high-quality water products to retail customers on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service 10-15 retail customers daily, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products and equipment.
- Upsell and promote our products to customers, identifying opportunities to maximize sales and revenue.
- Install and maintain equipment, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and grow our customer base.
Requirements:
- Ability to secure and/or maintain a CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement.
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
- Service-oriented with strong face-to-face sales skills.
- Ability to work independently, efficiently, and in different types of weather.
- Ability to effectively interact with customers in a variety of settings.
