As a Hydration Team Lead at BlueTriton Brands, you'll lead the team to achieve and exceed sales targets by coaching team members on effective language and techniques for upselling products. You'll also support the team with decisions and help when needed, problem solve and manage conflict within the team, and collaborate with the Operational Leader to develop and implement strategies for improved customer service.
