Job Overview :
As the Senior Manager for Strategic Initiatives, you will spearhead high-impact projects that influence company growth and operational efficiency. In partnership with executive stakeholders, you will identify opportunities, formulate solutions, and execute commercialization programs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead comprehensive strategic planning and execution of projects from conception to implementation.
- Develop detailed business cases and financial models to support initiatives.
- Create and oversee project roadmaps and execution plans to ensure timely delivery.
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment and manage change effectively.
- Monitor project KPIs and provide impactful executive updates.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform decision-making.
- Perform financial modeling and scenario planning to drive insights.
- Analyze business processes, proposing improvements as required.
- Generate data-driven insights and create executive-level presentations.
- Manage cross-functional teams, building strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure collaborative success.
- Facilitate decision-making processes and coordinate resources for effective business commercialization.

Compensation :
Pay Range : $154,400 - $192,800, with eligibility for a 20% annual bonus.
