About This Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Operations Team Leader to join our team. As a Primo Brands Ambassador, you will be responsible for overseeing route drivers and deliveries, improving productivity, and streamlining branch activities to maximize results and achieve peak performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the team to achieve and exceed sales targets by coaching team members on effective language and techniques for upselling products
- Support the team with decisions and help when needed; problem solve and manage conflict within the team
- Collaborate with the Operational Leader to develop and implement strategies for improved customer service
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience required
- Able to secure and maintain a Class B CDL license with airbrake endorsement preferred
- Motor Vehicle Record (last 3 years) – no major driving offenses including DUI/DWI, reckless driving, refusal to test, leaving the scene, driving a commercial vehicle without a CDL, or at-fault fatal incident
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power BI preferred
